Description of πŸ”Œ CrocSee AC 80-260V 100A CRS-022B Multimeter with LCD Display: Current Voltage Power Energy & More

The meter can only measure the active power(real power). It doesn't show Apparent power. If you measure power from a DC-AC inverter, please make sure it's PURE SINE WAVE. Otherwise the meter can be burnt or melted. 6 in 1 Meter:The large clear screen can display voltage/ current/ active power/ cumulative energy/ frequency/ power factor at the same time. Easy to Read: The backlight can be turned on/off manually, easy to read in the dark or in bright light. Overload Alarm Feature: Backlight and power digits will flash when exceeding the preset power value. One Button Control: The button is designed to control the backlight, reset energy data, or preset power alarm threshold.

All the necessary information in one device

I ordered 2 pieces and both came in good condition. Instructions are clear and understandable. If you are looking at the sensors from behind, basically install the clamp ring of the transformer in these 2 clamps at the top, the order doesn't matter. The bottom 2 connectors are used to power the device using a standard two-wire plug. The bottom of the two plugs is for the plug's neutral wire, which remains on the plug when plugged into a wall outlet. To the right or 2nd from the bottom terminal,

Excellent customer service

I bought two of these multimeters at the end of January to be able to balance the loads on the backup generator for my house (I know simple ammeters would work but the price of these devices couldn't be any cheaper). A big plus was the presence of a split-core current transformer, which could be added after the wiring was completed. I wired them to sense the generator supported load on the subpanel so they've been in steady mode since installation. They were working fine until this week (late…

Works as described

I recently decided to remove the manual timer from my electric water heater and replace it with a smart switch (Sonoff TH16) which then controls a relay (120VAC per coil), which starts the water heater. While making these changes I decided it would be interesting to see how much power etc the water heater draws while running. I also connected the TH16 input to them so they are always on. You can go back and change it, but that's also how I get historical results. I use 2 of these counters - 1…

Installation Warning: This meter is not safe with its voltage terminals connected directly to AC terminals or to a circuit breaker. It is not UL listed or NEC compliant! There is no short circuit protection if the board fails or arcs and can catch fire unless external low current fuses (125-250mA 250V+) are installed as the main circuit breaker will not trip before the boards and flimsy connecting wires burn. Note: The connection diagram on the Revain page is not perfect: L (Live) and N…
