Disappointed with this coffee maker

We will forget the fact that it only came in a sealed Cuisinart box (no outer box) and that the courier dropped it on my porch. Not sure if it is. has the following to do: The one-cup coffee machine on the side works great. It has a convenient detachable reservoir so you can easily add water. The main coffee maker is a different story. It doesn't have a removable tank. . . Instead, you should carefully pour water while watching the fill line sensor, which is located on the side of the coffee…

Explosive set in coffee, tea and espresso

STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THIS BRAND OF COFFEE! THIS IS EXPENSIVE WASTE! We bought our Cuisinart SS-20 in February 2020. It was nice but difficult to fill the main tank without a funnel. At least once a month, and sometimes more often, while making morning coffee, ground coffee explodes in the fresh water tank, the coffee pot, and the entire coffee station. A complete mess that needs cleaning up. And when using a sieve, coarse sediment comes out with the last cup of coffee. I switched to…

Water leakage from coffee machines

I have been using this coffee machine for about a year. Everything seemed to work fine at first, but after about 11 months I lost an entire water container from the Kierig side of the coffee maker. The tank has a valve and seal at the bottom so you can fill it in the sink and then put it back in the coffee maker. The gasket on the bottom doesn't always seal when you put it back in the car, so water slowly leaks out over several hours until it's empty. After this happened twice I stopped taking…

K-Cup is a disaster!

The coffee maker was fine. Cup K is TERRIBLE! When the arrows don't line up, it looks like a coffee grinder explosion! When the arrows are aligned, the coffee entering the cup will be sprayed all over the maker, the cup (the smaller the cup, the less gets in) and the counter. Received over $200 and a brand I expected would have no issues on day one! Cleaning the craft is easy, I just wish they put the same effort into the k cup. K-Cup When the arrows are misaligned, all grounds exit the K-Cup…

Always a good product

I bought this flex brew to replace a cheaper one which I immediately regretted. I love the convenience of K-Cups for making a cup here and there, but nothing beats the shearing ability of a drip pot. I'm tired of two bulky coffee makers taking up valuable desk space! I used to buy Hamilton-Beach Flex Brew and didn't care how it worked. So I spent more money on this product hoping for better results and I got it! I love that it has a one-cup water tank (something my last coffee maker didn't…
