Great solution when building CRM tools

The ease of use to create custom fields is great for our needs! There are many different ways you can customize this tool so that it fits your specific need (we needed more than just free form text). If I have an issue with one aspect or another about how something works - someone from support usually responds within minutes which helps me make my decision quickly as well if/when they decide not be able solve what i'm asking them in their response email. Easy, intuitive and gets better every release

The ability to pull in multiple sources of information from CRM's (Salesforce/Hubspot) into one platform is really great! We were able to get our sales team up-to speed very quickly with this product because they could see all their contacts at once - even if it was across different platforms or channels within SalesForce!! I would love for there to be more robust search features so that we can build out custom filters around specific types of accounts / companies etc. As mentioned above though

Great way to keep track of prospect activity throughout marketing campaigns without having too many tabs open simultaneously..very easy setup process.easy data exporting capabilities when needed..and most importantly ease of use among users !
