0.5 - 0.7 in the lift but perfect!

Thanks to other reviews I already knew that this is only a 0.75 lift. As you can see in the photo, the entire spacer is 1.5 inches and 0.75 inches "disappear" in the spring. 4 stars for obscure advertising (although technically correct) but still a good product and a cheap way to lift 5 studs. Front. Even if a bit ;)

Good quality product

Good quality item. This replaces the factory 1" rubber gasket. This new urethane element is 1.5" thick so you get a 1/2" net allowance, maybe a little more since it doesn't crumple like the OEM. You'll need a good coil spring compressor that goes into the Coil holder fits and a good jack Well worth it yes The extra space was needed and worked as requested The truck is level now.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • No instructions

Unfortunately not worth it good for shocks, struts and suspension

I don't like writing bad reviews but honestly I don't care. There's nothing wrong with the product, but it will only lift you 1/4 inch. The reason for this is that the Tacoma 01 already comes with a small pad of rubber that comes loose in prosa and is replaced with this larger pad and once compressed you only get 1/4 inch of buoyancy. I'm sorry, I just don't want someone like me to waste time. I may have installed it incorrectly, but as far as I know it was the only way to safely install it.

Pros
  • Great for me

Not 1.5 " undercarriage lift

This item is sold as a 1.5" lift but is actually a 0.5" lift. I understand why it's not actually a 1.5" block because the spring could come loose and be dangerous. Just advertise it as a 0.5 inch lift. Overall it looks a bit more consistent. It's hard to do it yourself, but I wouldn't pay anyone to do it, it's not worth it. Took me about 3-4 hours in total. Disconnect the upper arm, disconnect the stabilizer bar, compress the spring, carefully insert the spring with the spacer and reassemble…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

They did their job: Chassis

I installed them to align the worn suspension with the installed front grille guard and to keep the larger tires from rubbing. Here's my application: 2000 Toyota Tacoma Ext Cab SR5 (5 Lug) 235/75R15 on 15x8'sWestin Sportsman Grille GuardFabtech FTS-7078 ShocksEnergy Suspension Sway Bar Kit Using the coil spacer adjustment above, about 0.5 to 0.75 inches of lift was added enough to smooth out the front end, stiffening everything and preventing tire chafing. I also used a razor to cut and modify…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.
