Good price and perfect fit for a 2005 Ranger.

Positive Wire Rail threads in, nut is not tightened. I had to replace it with an old one to connect the cable. Otherwise work fine. Good value for money

Fits perfectly and buzzes in my 4.0L

Unbelievable price. It was no lighter or different than my standard generator. It fit perfectly in my 2003 Ranger 4.0L and was easy to replace. A bit of rumble at first but it's gone and works like a champ. I would do it again if needed.

Ideal for spares

The alternator was a perfect replacement for my broken alternator and much cheaper than all the other options. I had the same case as another reviewer where the alternator made a strange noise when it first started up, but the noise stopped and it has worked flawlessly ever since.

Fits and works as it should

Alternator is the same as factory, fits my 2001 ranger perfectly, I was concerned because of the price but looks like a quality product, fits perfectly, no problems at all, I was dealt with Charged 14.5 amps when idle, we should see in the future the factory has been in the truck for 20 years, but I'm happy for now

Item appeared as a damaged return item

Whilst the item appears to be working well after a few weeks of installation unfortunately I only have to give 2 stars as as you can see from the photos the item came out to be defective since on the front cover one of the slats is missing. is it true? It feels like I bought a damaged item, sorry for that feeling. The crate was also damaged, but I couldn't find any connection between the point of impact and the damaged generator inside the crate. However, definitely 5 star value for money, but…
