It wasn't an exact replacement but we were able to use the old lock's locking lever on the new lock to hook it into the latch. Excellent quality and easy installation.

He does what he has to do. He locks my tool box. It worked great the first time it was installed, but now it takes a bit of fiddling to insert the key and lock it. Although it still works.

The tab wasn't long enough for my Husky in my tool box. Not a big deal, except they chose to rivet the tongue instead of bolting it on like an OEM lock, meaning an incorrect length tongue is useless to you.

I lost the key to my previous lock and had to replace the lock. It worked great. The hardest part was unscrewing and unscrewing the previous lock, but once I did that the new lock worked perfectly.

I have a master truck box where the lock key broke off when moving the truck bed. Perfect replacement and direct replacement for the lock on my drawer, the old lock was removable in minutes and the new one was easy to install. Looks good, works good, feels solid. I'm happy. I just changed the lock on a box that was bought used with no key, it worked on the cobalt box too.

Bought to replace the lock on a truck tool box I just bought. The previous owners were not kind enough to leave the key. My toolbox had a lid that was riveted over the latches and a bar between the latches. I couldn't get a tool to replace it with this cover so I removed the cover and after that the lock was very easy to replace. Definitely a good buy and a way to keep my tool box nice and safe.
