Does not work - Cookware

Does not work. Yesterday I put a pound of hamburger meat on it. Three hours later I had to heat it up in the microwave. A 2lb roast has been on it for 2 hours today as it has not been defrosted anywhere.

It really works! for cookware

Recently found out about this and decided to give it a try. I am impressed. Food thaws faster - you just need to keep that in mind and check frequently to make sure it doesn't reach room temperature before you do. Good product.

It really does look best in the kitchen and dining room

Well I thought it was just a big piece of TV junk. I was wrong. frozen ribeye steak fully thawed in about an hour. It would take a whole day just to put it in the fridge. I believe and support this product 100%.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I tested this with 2 identical products, one on this board and one on my countertop. Both thawed at the same time. So it's just a trick to take your money. THIS DOES NOT WORK AS DESCRIBED. If I had had the original packaging I would have sent it back faster than I received it!

Mediocre product, maybe because it didn't come with any tips or instructions.

Seems to work a little faster than my usual thawing method, but not much faster. However, it didn't come with any instructions or tips to help you understand the best way to use it. I am currently not inclined to recommend it for purchase as it has not convinced me yet.

It literally defrosts your food in a very timely manner!

I love it when I forget to take something out of the freezer in the morning and remind myself by noon to thaw it by noon. I bought another one over 20 years ago and thought it would be better to buy another one as the coating was peeling off. It still worked, but now I have two of these! I told my niece and nephew about it and they bought one and loved it!

Must-have kitchen utensil

This high-tech tray requires little maintenance. I can thaw 1 pound of frozen ground beef in 30 minutes. Only place the tray on a flat tabletop, otherwise the tray will not work properly. I've tried thawing a whole frozen chicken and placing the tray on a baking sheet to catch the condensation. That does not work. I removed the pan from the pan and the whole frozen chicken was thawed in 3 hours. In general, this is a necessary kitchen utensil.

Works as advertised!

Admittedly I was a bit skeptical at first but now I'm really convinced. I've used it to defrost beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. I've found that most 1-2 pound foods will defrost in 1-2 hours. The only downside to this is that thicker cuts (like 3-inch steaks or 3-pound roast pork) didn't thaw very quickly, but I don't think that was the goal for cuts this large. I found this very useful for weekday cooking during the earlier stages of takeout orders during the pandemic.
