DO NOT BUY! - Fuel System

The pressure regulator on the pump failed 92 days after purchase. Even though it was only installed for 36 days! Don't buy, waste your money on a better pump. Don't waste money

Fits my 2004 Jeep WJ

Works great but took a while to install. You don't have to remove the fuel tank from the WJ to do this, just set it back a little. The pump seal that comes with the pump was difficult to install properly, but I managed in the end.

But nice substitute.

I bought this fuel pump to replace a damaged original pump. This replacement works well and my truck starts right away, but after a month it started making noise every time I turned the ignition key and so far it hasn't gone away. That's why I don't give 5 stars.

I bought a Delphi product thinking it would be better than other pumps, but

bought a fuel pump through Amazon, paid $320. When installed, this pump howls with excessive noise in the entire cabin area. I bought a Delphi product thinking it would be better than other pumps, but now I have to buy a replacement pump and pay another $320. plus the cost of the pump. is it a very big hitrsvp?

Change the fuel filter at the same time

Update November 19, 2013 My jeep is at a workshop with a highly rated mechanic. He also now says it's the fuel pump. As it has been a little over 90 days since I bought the pump I now have no fuel pump and no job. I tirelessly searched why my whining, as can be heard on the video, continues.
