Arrived on time and was as described. It looks very good with black hardware on my white door. It was also easy to install.

I could spray paint the existing brass colored security plate and it would look better. This is shiny and the nickel-colored edges are visible everywhere. I hope he "gets old" and looks better. upset

This item arrived bent, the box is NOT bent. I have to assume that the product was packaged creased. If I can't smooth enough, I'll send it back. I'm still waiting for the second one. The work is time sensitive and I'd rather not wait for a reply email. very disappointed

This is black bronze, unoiled. All the hardware on my door is oiled bronze and doesn't match at all. The screws that come with the kit match, but the plate itself is black. Also, I am very disappointed that in order to return it I have to take it to the nearest UPS pickup point which is 30 miles away if it is YOUR fault.
