Great platform with excellent support

The best part is that it has a very user friendly interface. I like how easy it is to use and navigate. It also offers many different features that other products don't have. It's not too expensive either. I dislike that some of the features are not available in all countries. For example, we cannot set up an auto responder or create a custom email template. We can only send emails from our website. If you're looking for a solution to manage your customer service department and track open…

Great Product - Would definitely reccomend

I love that it's easy to use! The ability to share documents as well is great too! It has been very helpful so far. There are some bugs here and there but nothing major. They're working hard at fixing those issues. I highly recommend this product if you need an all around solution for your support needs. We've used other products before but they were not nearly as user friendly or customizable like Deskero. You can easily set up multiple queues depending on what type of issue people have (eg…
