Refurbished Joey in Satellite TV

Refurbished so far so good just plug it in you have to contact Dish to activate Joey Wireless. You need to contact your main joey next to your hooper by pressing the WSP button.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

IT IS FREE FROM THE DISH NETWORK. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY $7 PER MONTH TO USE JOEY IF YOU BUY IT YOURSELF ONLINE. DISH WILL CHARGE YOU $7 FOR SENDING PROGRAM EACH JOEY. NOT TO SEND YOU JOEY OR USE IT EVERY MONTH.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some cons

Highly Recommended Satellite TV

I buy all my dish network components from Revain. They are very easy to set up with a call to the DN. A technician call between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. is excluded. Decide when you're ready, not your schedule. Comes with brand new voice remote control and HDMI cable.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Great product, great service

This item is brand new, factory sealed and working great! Attention - you have to contact DISH to activate the box and they will charge you a monthly fee. However, the box is great and the service was outstanding. Delivery was quick and free. 5 stars for this seller and this product.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

It works great and has always been easy to install. A few wires to connect and a call to Dish to activate it and I was in business. Now I have Dish in my playroom and can watch any sport I want. It should be noted that there is a small monthly fee ($7) for the additional TV. However, if you buy and install it yourself, you avoid the $100 setup fee. and contract extension. Because it's wireless (it uses its own wireless network - you'll also need a Joey hotspot) you can bring the Wireless Joey…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • I'm silent

Note: For use with Wireless Joey. You need a Dish wireless access point to work with Wireless Joey and Hopper. Items work great as described by seller, this was my experience installing it. I've been using Dish for less than a year. I live in the country and don't have cable or FiOS so satellite is my ONLY option. I live in an old farmhouse with stucco and lattice walls. Drilling holes in my walls for outlets/wiring was a big problem for me. This is my first time using Wireless Joey. The only…

Pros
  • Stylish design

Look out for install/activation issues

The Dish Joey is a great product for adding an independent Dish outlet elsewhere in your home and I bought it here at Revain , it works well. AFTER some time setup violation. Read the last paragraph of this review for technical advice when installing it yourself. I bought the Joey to add to my home system as a second wireless Joey (you can have up to 3). The main problem seems to be that these receivers are gray market items, items that were previously registered in Dish for another owner or…
