Dorman Help 45393 Rubber Bumper Review

The OEM bumpers have disappeared from the cover of my 2016 F150 console. This ensured a free landing and immediately stopped rattling.

Very glad they worked. Almost equal. Used for my f350 center console cover. The dealer doesn't sell them and I almost had to buy a new cap for a lot more. But these worked great. No more rumble.

I've read bad reviews from people who couldn't figure out how to use them properly. Perhaps they should not make their own hands without imagination and some petroleum jelly. My Exploder's fuel door fits snugly and flush, and I have several other shapes and sizes for future use.

I recently bought a used 2016 Ford F150 and needed to find the rubber bumpers for the center console cover as they were missing. You can't get them from Ford without buying the entire cover assembly so I thought I'd give them a try. The bumper worked great! Easy to fix.

I used the long bumpers to replace the cover bumpers in the center console armrest on my 2018 Expedition. The ones Ford uses are hollow, but they're solid. The hollow ones were sucked into the bottom box and eventually pulled out, creating another rumble. These durable bumpers don't get crushed and when the lid snaps open there is no movement and it's very strong.
