Not worth your hard earned money.

Works great on one side of my mower blade. Then the wave rolled and was no longer a working tool. I think that's why it comes with 3. Maybe put grinding wheels on the hex shaft for longer life.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Wouldn't recommend it.

Installed on an electric drill and started sharpening a set of blades. The clip fell off the first wheel upon initial contact with the blade, causing the discs to separate and not rotate. 2nd and 3rd wheel did the same. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • Solid Finish
Cons
  • Damaged

Unsuccessful purchase

I bought this sharpener hoping to use it to sharpen lawn mower blades with a drill. The first wheel failed because the pin holding the whetstone broke off, rendering the wheel unusable. Soon after, the second wheel failed, rendering the second wheel unusable. I threw both in the trash. The stone didn't grind at the 30 degree angle like my blade, it just created a small micro bevel on the blade. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires outlet
