Fits like a glove, there is a small space of less than an inch to get the exact size to adjust, but this fully fits the socket AND comes with adhesive strips so you don't have to buy separate ones, well packaged too

I ordered two of these mirrors for my Mustang 3.8. And it fits well, but it needs more glue. I think the two pieces that come with these mirrors are not enough to stay there longer. I used a heater to make it stronger because the weather is a bit chilly.

This item is as advertised. . . It's a single piece of double-sided glass that fits both the driver's and passenger's side of the Mustang. It was easy to install. You can either attach it directly to the existing glass or remove the old glass and attach it to the body. No tools required to attach to scrap glass. I used a hammer and screwdriver to remove the old glass. I attached the new glass with double sided tape (supplied). As this mirror glass is double sided (works on both sides) it is not
