Missing items These pens are nice, big and heavy and I love them BUT not all the parts were in the box. The box was missing 2 small flat plates, screws and Allen key.

Love it! Ease of installation. We had to cut wood on the doors for the inside handles because our doors were very thick, otherwise you could end up with a longer screw/bolt. All information corresponded to the description.

Great product. Very hard work as others have said. We used 12 inch sliding doors in our basement office. We bought a book lock separately and attached it to the top of the doors (inside doors) so it wouldn't be too noticeable.

I installed them professionally. The contractor said the screws were too short to use these backboards. It gave me the option of using longer screws or not using the rear grip plate, and I chose the latter. Doors are 1.75 inches thick.

Bought them for something very different than most. I installed them on my garage door to enhance the look I wanted. It's really useless since we have automatic garage door openers. But they are great quality and look great!

I bought these Revain handles as well as doors and all other hardware and am very happy with my purchase. The grips take a little time to assemble as they don't come with a hanger, but you can use the back plate for the hanger. I have installed four of these barn door handles, very satisfied, will buy again.

Bought for some barn doors I recently installed in my house. They look great but they were difficult to install. Luckily the barn doors lead to a storage room so no one can see the back as we couldn't install the back because it didn't line up perfectly with the screws that went through the door. We measured the distance between the holes on them and used the back as a guide, but we were never able to line them up PERFECTLY. Other than that, it's sturdy and looks good, but I wouldn't recommend…
