Not Worth the Money

These brakes don't live up to the hype. My automotive technician suggested these, so I purchased them, but they were nothing spectacular. The only pro is they stopped my car, but the cons outweigh it. They made a lot of noise, they wore down fairly quickly, and they heated up faster than my previous brakes. Save your money and go with a different brand.

Pros
  • Excellent stopping power even in high-performance vehicles.
Cons
  • May produce more brake dust than other brake pads.

. Might be a good road surface, but it was terrible for the track

It could be a decent road surface, but it was terrible for the track. I am an avid racer and it took me 3 days (10 twenty minute sessions). Their stopping power was extremely weak and the damping was terrible. In my opinion, this is not a good trackpad at all. I switched back to the Hawk and switched to DTC 70 and managed to halve my break marker. After 8 sessions on the track, the DTCs look like they've gone down by maybe 10%.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
