Hold great, but too much dust.

These pads have been on my truck for 2 months now and they are holding up great! BUT, they produce so much dust that you have to wash your rims every week. If you have black wheels, there are no problems. Performance is 5 stars, brake dust is a negative star so I gave them 3.

Improved pedal feel and initial bite.

My 2012 Nissan Frontier should have had these brake pads as standard. I've done 150 miles round trip and stopping power has improved a lot. OEM stock pads will never return to my truck. Pedal sensitivity has improved and initial pressure has increased significantly. Now I'm going to buy these pads.

I thought ebc was at the top. that's not

I bought the EBC because I heard they were the best. The pause in the process is ridiculously long. I followed the directions exactly and I'm only 1100 miles shy and they still don't fit properly. I made hard stops at about 500 miles to complete the break-in procedure and the cliffs smoked and disappeared. They still get hot and disappear very quickly. Not impressed and will not buy again nor recommend ebc. To update. It's now March and I need to change my pads again. I installed them in…

Great stopping power, but check often!

The stopping power of these pads is impressive. This is a significant improvement over standard pads. Note, however, that this stopping power comes at a price. As mentioned in many reviews, these pads produce a significant amount of black brake dust. I can handle it. Be prepared to check and replace these pads frequently. My Nissan SUV has clocked 152,000 miles. I replaced the stock pads at 70k and there was probably 20% pad wear left. Replacement seals were ceramic-thermo-Leise-Wagner. They…

Excellent braking performance, great price

I have no doubt that they cost almost twice as much as genuine brake pads at your local auto parts store. I replaced the second set of pads on my Xterra with them, which had about 50% life left. I definitely needed a full brake flush and wasn't very happy with the truck's braking performance as it was. I've only driven 500 miles with these pads now. which is much less than the 1-3000 mile rest time according to EBC. They already have better initial bite and feel than the original lasts. I…
