Great fit. Quiet, great stopping power

Bought these slotted rims for my GMC Yukon, all 4 wheels have yellow EBC pads. Installed with no problems. Great fit. Quiet with great stopping power. However, after less than a year (minimum mileage), the pads are heavily worn by the front rotors and the pads are worn out. Disappointed after reading all the reviews. Excellent in the short term. Terrible in the long run.

Great Product: Replacement Parts

I've had these on my truck for about a year and have had no problems with them. I use my truck to haul quads, motorbikes etc and even long descents from the tops of mountains when hunting (no freeways, dirt roads where you have to keep hitting the brakes). They cool the pads with slots, and the black coating keeps the rest of the disc from rusting. I didn't use EBC pads but paired them with Autozone MAX pads and I think it's a great combination. . Felt "deformed " after 6 months.

These rotors look good but after less than 6 months using them and the new Hawk LTS brake pads (HB561Y.710) I had a 'warped' feel which took 2 years to fix compared to stock rotors to fall apart. . There is a fairly noticeable grinding noise with almost any braking force applied, and as the rotors warm up the formwork becomes more noticeable. The formwork leaves with a significant braking force. A LOT of brake dust is generated - I think it's a slotted rotors + Hawk pads combo, but I've used…
