Customer service does not exist

has been corrupted Because of this term, "Chinese" exists. Poor quality and optimistic buyers should beware. Apparently, business is going so well that they don't need customer support. They never answer calls. They don't have spare parts for their products. * BROKEN SPOKES! Huge caliber, short broken spoke!. You don't have them. Apparently I can buy some if they get any. Easy install, works great

I didn't use the supplied puncture option (two handles with cable) and instead opted for a simpler install on my Brizon Stepwing T3 (also bought from Amazon about two years ago). I did all the mechanical work in about an hour, connecting the cables and connecting to the battery took about thirty minutes. 10 degrees. The rear ebikeling set is mounted well on my recumbent. Great connections!

The controller/display doesn't work like this: To get the motor running you have to at least connect it to the controller and some simple connections, which are as simple as error-free color matching thanks to a battery (not included in the kit), to display (so you can turn it on) and throttle. It works without a PAS sensor connected, so you can do that later. It works without connecting new brakes with an integrated switch so you can do that later. I am very satisfied with this kit.
