arrived on time, everything went smoothly until I installed the tensioner. The bolt was sticking out and couldn't attach the cover so I had to modify it. After installation, the tensioner made a terrible noise, as if the engine was knocking. It was embarrassing when the customer came to pick up thinking we had wrecked his car.

Garage product and even worse company. The tensioner bounced on my timing belt as I installed and ran it. I'm lucky my engine didn't burn out. I have contacted the company through their website, phone, Facebook and through Revain with no response. Don't trust this crappy company with your business. go somewhere else

The tensioner has failed and my Forester is beyond repair. We very much regret this purchase. Do yourself a favor and grab the Gates kit. It's only about $50 more.
