Not sticky! - Kitchen & Dining

This is a very cute little non-stick pan for making heart-shaped pancakes. I used a very small spatula as shown in the photo to flip the pancakes and had no problems, no splattering.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Working Speed

The idea is good, but not the right size

I like the idea, but too small for a pancake! Only thin batter works, spread very thinly, thick pancakes burn on the bottom and the top is still runny. I always use a different pan for turning as it's very difficult to turn in the same pan. Due to the asymmetrical shape and size, it does not sit easily in the oven even on the smallest stovetop, causing the handle to heat up very quickly. Kids love the shape, so keep using the pot!

So cute and works great.

This little skillet is designed for one egg, but I've successfully whisked two eggs in this cute little thing. By mixing very gently, I was able to mix two eggs with a silicone spatula. (All the other spatulas were too big.) I put some butter in the pan and slowly beat the eggs. The pan is so easy to clean that it is not a problem. Update: I didn't use a high enough temperature at first, but after getting used to it by making a few more breakfasts with it, the higher temperature makes it easier

  • Consistent results in testing

Too hot for the HANDLE - Cookware

The handle got very hot. Too hot to touch. I'll probably make a pen for this because the pancakes turned out so cute. But otherwise. Ouch. The bottom of the pot also looked very burnt. I have an electric stove. I flip the pancakes very carefully with an egg spatula. I made very thick pancakes. I'm not sure what variables are important for a successful swipe. If you're not very good at flipping, I would suggest having a second pan to flip. You still need to get the heart shape when the first…

A SMALL JOB NEEDS A SMALL PAN

The Ecolution Kitchen 5 1/2 Mini Pan ticks all the boxes at a reasonable price and works well for many small jobs. You want to fry an egg or two / this pan is perfect! You want to sauté a small amount of onion or garlic / this pan is perfect! You want to reheat a bagel or lightly toast / this pan is perfect. The only negative comment I would like to make (or rather suggest) is that the manufacturer added some metal on the opposite side of the grip to help as a counterweight. Just an offer…

The perfect pot for a meal for 1 person.

Great little pot. I love making soups from scratch and this is the perfect size when I just want to cook enough for one serving and not waste ingredients or mess with leftovers. Here are the details about 0.3 qt. Pot: It's well weighted and won't tip over when empty. Actual measurements are 9 3/4" overall width from handle tip to opposite edge, 4 3/4" width of the pot itself, and 2 1/8" height. The silicone handle gets hot, but not hot. It lies comfortably in hand.It holds exactly 2 cups of…
