Attached pet tags are made of strong and durable stainless steel. My one star discount: Please note that the buckle can be slid between the collar fiber where you need it. Great collar for my cat. I love that this is an elastic collar so if it gets caught on something it will slip off. He's an inner cat since he was born blind but wanted a collar for him so that if he comes out and gets lost he can find his way home to me if the kind person who finds him reads his tag.
