This kit says it fits for Ender 3 v2, but the included Z stepper motor Y cable is not enough to run both motors too associate. Since the cable doesn't reach, I can't say exactly how the rest of the kit works. Ender 3 is not a perfect machine with a straight edge between the horizontal and vertical planes, so it takes some time to add a second Z-axis to even out the initially uneven surface. Patience. Installing all the major components is easy enough, and moving the PSU works well for both the factory unit and the upgraded Meanwell PSU.
