As the name suggests, this is a great power supply that will easily power 3 graphics cards, plus a powerful processor and all the fans that fit in your case. Given that an 850W PSU will suffice for 99% of builds, including a 400W graphics card and a 200W CPU, along with all the SSDs/HDDs and fans, this thing is honestly a total one overkill quiet and has incredible performance. Warranty. You're going to have a very hard time utilizing all the power it has, and to be honest you'll probably never

  • Something else

I got this in 2014 and it was a great base for multiple builds. When I bought this PSU I needed more power - I had a 3930K with 2 GTX 780ti cards and they were quite demanding in terms of reliable performance. With multiple hard drives and high-end RAM, my peak power consumption when overclocking reached close to 900W, and I didn't even bother to add voltage. My power requirements are much more modest these days - I run the 7700K with a single 2080ti and it hasn't stalled once. Kicks and it's a

  • I really don't like it everything is fine

I bought this in January 2015 and it was a solid PS until one day in September 2017 I heard POP at boot, smelled burned electronics and my computer wouldn't turn on. I replaced the PSU with one I had on hand and the computer started fine, albeit with fewer peripherals since I replaced the PSU with a 600W PSU. The board this board ran on ran an AMD FX9590 at 4.7MHz, an Nvidia GTX960 and some peripherals and storage drives. When I bought this product I forgot to register the warranty but I was…

The best power supply brand!

I chose 80 plus gold 1300w for my PC. but most of this review applies to any evga power supply, not just this one. TIPS: Everyone has a question from time to time about how much juice they need for a new PC they are building. I know techno crap can be confusing when one of these guys in need of help goes to [.]. He'll ask you what's in your PC build. I strongly believe that you don't just bet what you can afford now! If you are a gamer, install 2 top graphics cards! maybe even say you've…

This power pack is awesome! EVGA's packaging is fantastic! I have never seen such first class care and pride in the build quality of the power supply! The PSU itself was sealed in a sturdy custom made cubic/rectangular cloth pouch with a flap at the top to keep the PSU free from dust etc. This flap was also secured with Velcro. The manufacturer has also packed the fanciest Velcro cable ties to wrap the cables inside the case. They had this amazingly sturdy little lidless box inside the box that

1300 G2 DOA from main stream to mobo, but perfs works.

Computer Pack: Asus IV Rampage Black Edition with 2x 780 kingpins (underwater). Yes, I know it's a bit old, but it still works. I've been building computers (both dry and underwater) for many years. My current one uses two 780 ti kingpins, both submerged. I had a PSU (Corsair 1200) that overheated after 5 years of use and is no longer usable. So I bought the EVGA 1300 G2 thinking I had a little more power. I used my trusted test adapter on the mobo power cord and was able to start both water…
