Great for billing, reporting and staff time

I love that it is easy to use for my staff, has great reporting features as well as having all of our billing information stored online. It would be nice if they added more templates or additional modules so we didn't have to go through training every time something new came out! We used this software at another office but when we moved here there were many things missing from what was left behind which made us not want to switch over (or try).   • Great calendar section too making scheduling appointments simple.
  • Ease using system
  • Easy access anywhere you are able get internet connection
  • Great tracking capabilities along side Billing Module allowing user track money spent

EASY TO USE AND HAS PLENTIFUL TEMPLATES

I like that it's easy to use, has good templates for some basic forms we need, a few of our providers have an app (which is great) but not all do so you can't see their info when taking patient notes. It also doesn't sync well between devices because they're different platforms. We're trying to get more information into electronic form - this does help us. Sometimes, there isn't much room available so we don't use all fields or if they require too much typing time then we skip them. This helps

Pros
  • The ease at which patients fill in most paperwork; even those with limited literacy skills are able complete these easily once trained by staff members who know how best take care/assist people using computers unfamiliar yet simple enough software.
  • Practice management functions within Evo work pretty flawlessly
  • Allows me as MIS manager access certain areas where other physicians cannot reach

Great way and convenient medium through with quick appointment times

I like that it has all of my providers, which is great when you go to see someone new! It's not as easy for me because we use an outside provider who doesn't have everything included yet (but they will soon). You can also only access one patient at once - so if there were 2 patients waiting during treatment time or appointments etc., sometimes this could be frustrating since everyone needs their own screen/appointment schedule view? That would eliminate some problems but make things more…

  • The main thing i appreciate most its ease in getting info out quickly.
  • Its user friendly interface; very helpful &/or efficient :)
