Nothing burns in excellent pans

These things are super slippery. Nothing sticks to them. Raised bulges across the entire surface also prevent food from sticking and ensure more even cooking. I wouldn't try cookies on them I guess. I don't, but I think those same raised spots might give you a cookie headache. Can't vouch for longevity over the years but in the month we've had them they've been great and really easy to clean. The lack of metal will also help keep them from turning into a rusty mess like most do. Now we have to…

Good business. Stains are easy

My husband bought these for me along with a frying pan to go with my new Green Life cookware set he bought me. He chose this because they matched and didn't contain Teflon. They seem to be working fine. I usually line baking sheets when using them, but I have grilled wings on them and the marinade left on the pan itself left a small dark stain. That doesn't bother me, especially since these aren't expensive pots. But it would be nice if ruining the beautiful color on them wasn't so easy…

Failed in less than two months of use

At first I was pleased to find a non-stick ceramic baking pan. However, after less than two months of occasional use, baking a few chicken thighs, french fries, a few pork chops and assorted veggies, I found the finish had failed. (See photo). Cleaning of this "non-stick" item has never been good and this item has never been in the dishwasher and has only been cleaned with Dawn and a nylon non-stick cleaning pad. I find this surprising given my perception of Farberware as a quality product. I…

Love it! **UPDATED** Not in love anymore

LOVE! I love the unique colors and the food just slides off. I've made pizza and cookies so far and they seem to bake better than the traditional nonstick pans I've had. Also, my old baking sheets warped in the heat. They have been used 425 and have not warped. **UPDATE** These pans are awful! They're great when new, but the coating wears off very quickly. I wash dishes by hand. I don't water pots or leave them in water. I don't use metal utensils. The bottom was scratched at first (I'm…

Non-stick label is misleading

I really wanted a textured pan and had high hopes for it. Pros: If you're baking something like cookies or pizza, it cooks really well. The textured base provides the perfect amount of air for even baking. Cons - this is where the pros end. However, after removing the pan, the non-stick coating is already missing in many places on the bottom of the pan. It's only a matter of time before the coating comes off completely. The word "non-stick" is definitely not the right word for this. Lots of…

That's great. Best in baking and biscuit trays

I didn't like the colour. They just wanted big pans. But these ceramic bowls are great! I use them for everything! I've used them as serving trays or as a deep chopping board or for laying down meat in chunks or anything else where you need a large flat surface but ideally also some "restraint" for a small amount of liquid or spills. I use one pair on my kitchen wire shelf to hold the small utensils I actually use and another to hold the mason jars since the rim keeps them from rolling if they…

Neat product. Pretty durable.

So I made a buba. I leave the pans in the oven when I run the self-clean function as it burns off anything that's stuck to the pans. Except that if your pan has some kind of coating, that coating will burn off. Unfortunately they are otherwise quite durable, but I would argue that the overall lifespan of a pan is significantly shorter than a regular pan as a regular pan can be cleaned like new even after 10-15 years of use. Either cook it clean or clean the oven. Regular use seems to take a…
