FEL-PRO MS98004T Intake Manifold Gasket Kit Review

So my 1998 Malibu has experienced a horrible intake gasket leak for the third time in a decade. Both times I used either the original plastic gasket or the aftermarket plastic gasket. This time I used this kit, the metal core should not be prone to degradation and eventually leak like the original fiber plastic does. The kit does not include distributor bolts, which should be replaced during repairs. This is my only problem with this product.

This has everything and even a little bit! You get metal lower intake manifolds instead of cheap plastic ones, you get a rocker cover gasket kit, upper intake manifold gaskets come with sealant (most don't have blue sealant), you get EGR seals (they're expensive to buy separately), you get a new coolant temp sensor gasket , a coolant line gasket and last but not least an oil pump drive gear gasket (if I'm not mistaken). Yes, that's a great deal for such a high quality set!

Claimed lifetime warranty! I've been a mechanic most of my life and I've always been a "pro", a bad pro. These pads look like they have 200,000 miles on them. I installed them myself and the gasket kit has let me and my family down, falling apart and leaving my wife and young boy on the side of the road in 95 degree weather with less than 400 miles! Needless to say, I hope they stand behind their products and I really don't want anyone to know what we've done.
