Black spots on orange, new never used

Update: Got them for Christmas, just got the car back from the shop, new engine, gearbox, was waiting for a good day to put it in my car pack when i opened it black streaks all over the orange it looks like the black is bleeding on the orange because it's packed so tightly. I've paid good money for junk that can't be used.

Black Stripe on Orange. New, never used

Update: Got them for Christmas, just picked up the car from the shop, new engine, gearbox, was waiting for a good day to put it in my car when I opened it, black stripes all over Orange, it looks like black blood on an orange from such a dense pack. I've paid good money for junk that can't be used.
