Works well with Firestone airbags

Works well. Paired with Firestone airbags on my Tundra. I laid air lines in the driver's cab (2) plus another cable for the relay. Plan the installation of your panel. Airlines are very flexible, so the control panel is easy to install in a small space. . Works well and is durable. I chose an analog display over a digital one because we have one on our work trucks that is over 10 years old and the display still works. I installed the controller in my center console and routed the air ducts to…

Excellent Compressor

Fits a 2014 F150 SuperCrew with Firestone Airbags 2542. Works great, the hardest part of the installation was deciding where to place it. I chose the interior of the cabin under the back seat to avoid weather and dust problems. Under the seat there was already a box of DU-GA and a neatly built-in compressor. Shit, I had to drill a hole through the carpet and sheet metal, but I added a rubber grommet and weatherproof silicone. I needed an extra 10 gauge red wire to complete the installation as…

It would be nice if the pressure relief worked.

Overall this is a good setup. I installed this on my 2004 F-250 Super Duty 4x4. Installation was easy enough and the compressor inflates the airbags in less than 20 seconds. I was really impressed. until I tried to deflate the airbags. and the switch on the valve did not work. Gonna broadcast them all day. but can't get him to release the pressure. I am neither a beginner nor a noob. I contacted the seller and the reply was "I should check with the manufacturer". That was a few days ago and I…

This is an amazing purchase, great price. The installation process is simple but still a bit deep. My husband is very knowledgeable about all things car and it still took him about 4 hours on his own. If there are any complaints, he said it would be a very short cable going from the built-in fuse to the battery, whatever it was. He also said that if he had a Tundra Max cabin with a 6.5-foot bed, the length of the tube would not be enough. He said to mention that he has a Tundra with a double…

Great, worth buying.

I have a 2013 F-150. This compressor is great. It inflates bags quicker than I expected (<8 seconds from 0 to 30 lbs). Everything is very high quality, from the compressor to the clutches. I am very happy with it and would buy it again. As for the installation - it was my first and I'm a perfectionist. I wanted to install it under the hood on the passenger side above the wheel arch. I made a bracket to line up the existing compressor mounting bolts. I didn't want to drill new holes anywhere…

Great set, quality product.

I have bought too many kits of parts for my cars including a racing bike and a 1969 Camaro Twin Turbo. I have to pass this on to Firestone, this kit is a bit expensive but surprisingly good quality.1. All wires are PRINTED for easy installation and very high quality, high amperage. I've seen this type of cable on military vehicles and jet engines. They didn't skimp here where most "kits" try to save $$ because most people take it for granted. Even the zip ties are thick and tough, not the cheap
