Light and elastic! I bought this to have a small pair of pliers for adjusting the zip adapter rings and I'm sure it would be great if I was making jewelry on a regular basis as it wouldn't tire my hands as much as heavier alternatives!

Smooth jaws, finish and action, soft spring opening and slightly tacky grips make it easy to hold and control the pressure. Aside from some durability concerns since the springs are held by the cranks, it's hard to say what needs to be improved.

I love the quality and price of this well designed line of pliers. The joint is well made, with nice finishes and well-sealed grips. I am interested in electronics and own many very expensive mini pliers and they are of higher quality than the price paid. Buy yourself a pair, I now have four different beadsmith pliers and am very happy with every pair. Featured!

Because the spring is so stiff, I had to compress it harder than usual. This is most likely because I was used to working with pliers unaided (so maybe not the fault of the product itself but personal experience, do what you will) and the handles dug into me. Palms to severe discomfort, and I ended up having to adjust the geometry of the spring steel plates to soften the action a bit.
