Almost perfect for straight, spiral and trimming attachments

First of all, this product is great and I enjoy using it, but it measures 1.4 inches instead of an inch and a half. I use it on plastic, it leaves a great finish even when roughing, the cut is good and leaves a vertical wall when cutting a groove etc. I have no reason to get upset that it's not quite the same. advertised size, I can get it to work for my needs and have no problem ordering additional tools from this company.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

At first I was afraid that it would be too much for my Bosch 2.25HP router. The blade is of such weight and quality that as long as I kept the RPMs low it went through my 66" x 14" ash plate with ease. I used this on my planing router and made about 40 passes over it until it was perfectly smooth. After that, I only had to do minimal sanding to remove the micro lines left over from the vias. I love Freud's saws and it's no surprise how fantastically good their bits are!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Excellent countertop leveling tool

I used this large tool with a DIY tool to level the countertop. Wow! Much quicker than trying to plan it out by hand and it turned out awesome! I was apprehensive about trying to get as large a diameter as possible, but that turned out to be silly. This shot was perfect. I used it again for sheet piling work. This is a massive nozzle, so obviously you have to be careful about how much material you want to remove in one pass. several, including wing and panel kits. You can't go wrong with Freud.

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Damaged
