Stops working 60 days

Update.60 days. Dead. Raven will not return. Bad experience. I'm not sure why they didn't just spend $0.006 to make a 6ft or 10ft cable instead of <3. But now I need to find some kind of extension to install this in a place that makes sense. I'll update the review once I have it and use it for a while.

Good but not Line

Now that I re-read the description. There is no fault of the seller, he does not create a laser line, but a point. My latest garage laser parking device created two lines (two lasers) so you can line up the car as you drive in. The device is working properly. I really like the motion detector (not my last one, which might explain its short lifespan).

Pros
  • Quality of workmanship
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Good but not ideal for parking aids

This product is very good - no installation problems and the laser beam is bright enough to see during the day. I bought this particular unit because of the dual laser beams - one for each machine. Unfortunately, the individual beams cannot be adjusted far enough to cover both cars. I had to use this device for my wife's car and I had to buy a second single beam device for my car.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Very faint little dots, not seen during the day

Very little red dots Stored in a shady garage were faint unlike the lasers you see on tools. The ball joints holding the lasers have not been tightened, it seems like they will vibrate and lose any vibration from the ceiling mounted opener. crappy overall product. not quite as advertised. I didn't even install it, just holding it in place was enough to say it was a waste of time. ordered another device with more powerful lasers, they form lines. can be made in the form of a cross. The YouTube…

Two months and everything is perfect

We bought a dueling laser guide to park our two cars in the garage. First, I parked both cars where I wanted with a few inches to spare. Using a stepladder, I plugged the track into the same outlet as the garage door opener, held the track under the roof truss with one hand, and used the other hand to adjust the two lasers to make sure they shine on the dashboards, where we can see them well can you. . Then I marked the spot and set the lead. It's been working fine for a few months now.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Will not fit in a 2 car garage

Good idea for a garage stop. Works fine for that. Would give 5 stars but - Not suitable for spacing between two cars when there is a partition between the garage doors as the cars are too far apart for the laser pointer to reach the dashboards of both cars. I had to angle it and then cut out a piece of plastic on one of the gauge's bases just to get to the dashboard for both cars and it still maximized the range. Expected a quick and easy installation. It would be better to take two separate…

Should have thought of that before

Works as advertised, easy to set up (I just used double sided tape instead of screws) and the motion sensor works great. My only concern is that during the sunny months of the year you won't be able to see the laser well during the day. Every time I pull into my garage during the day, my eyes need time to adjust to the sunlight outside, and unless I close the garage door (which I can't because I don't know if I've driven in enough), I want to I don't see a laser on the dashboard. I don't think…

Absolutely didn't think about the design of this product.

Get Started. This product is absolute crap and misleading in the way it can be used. Supposedly it can be used for two cars at the same time, but I would definitely like the designer to show me exactly how that's possible. The lasers are mounted on a ball mount and claim a rotation angle of 95°. The actual operating range angle is closer to 80° than 95°. That means it needs to be installed about 14ft off the ground to use it for 2 cars hoping to see the laser in the cabin. (See photos). The…
