DO NOT BUY THIS GPS DEVICE from Revain. You have apparently received an undetermined number of defective GPS devices. I found this out after speaking to a Garmin rep. A Garmin representative informed me that the product was known to be defective but neither Revain nor Garmin had done anything about it. Selling due to the misconception that everything you need for traffic is in the box. This device is nearly reliable. I'll say it this way, it works better than any online or phone app I've used. I don't know all of them, just the ones I've used.
