Simple as a brick. I hope they are just as strong.

In fact, this is a monitor of the physical state of the body in terms of the main vital functions of the body - mainly the work of the cardiovascular system and the physical activity of the owner of the gadget. For this reason, although they are positioned as a workout controller, they can be a good help for people with health problems such as sleep disturbance, heart function and overweight. Of course, I admit that the readings are not as accurate as those of classical medical equipmentโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Control of the biological parameters of the body A handy tool for maintaining bodies in a tolerable state
Cons
  • The price in Russia is charged almost twice as high as the foreign one

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

The best watch ever for jogging. Direct and trustworthy. We have good charge retention. A week of continuous use, assuming five days of conditioning. All new runners should start here.

Pros
  • Accurate GPS, non-touch screen, ergonomic strap, seamless phone integration, and custom exercise creation.

The Garmin Forerunner 45 has exceeded my expectations after trying other fitness bracelets and cheap Chinese sports watches. They have a nice appearance and meet all of my requirements (well, almost all, but they messed me over with the pool). Initially, I was skeptical since I was concerned about phone dropouts. Then, unfortunately, Garmin experienced a malfunction right after I made my purchase. The servers were hit by ransomware and were offline for a week. The watch functionedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The watch is well-made and attractive, giving off an air of wealth and sophistication, and it also serves its purpose well. For athletes like bikers and runners, this is a fantastic choice. Accurately tally tracks, sync (if applicable) workouts with Strava, keep tabs on your daily routine, and display phone alerts. Felt like a part of the hand, like home. Not only can you monitor your fitness activity (such as heart rate, steps taken, and other health indicators), but you can also check the weather and manage your music without taking your phone out of your pocket.
Cons
  • Basically just jogging, walking, the treadmill, and cardio-intensive cycling. It's disappointing that there's nowhere to go swimming. Thus, it is impossible to create a comprehensive health map. Not only is it impossible to record a swim in a pool, but swimming is considered an ellipse by the highly regarded Garmin Move IQ algorithm. Even though the clock shows as active in the iPhone's Bluetooth settings, there are times when it loses contact with the device. I suspect the problem is within the app. There is currently no way to ascertain the precise location. To see the GPS signal become green after beginning an exercise, you'll need to take a few steps. It doesn't concern me too much because it gives me enough time to gather my nerve before the start of the race, but I was disappointed to see that cheap Chinese sports watches grabbed the satellite before mine did. Official retailers' pricing are irrationally high. You may get one of these watches at a considerably lower price in the United States.

Not worth the money!: GPS, viewfinder and accessories

I like it when it's plugged in but needs constant re-syncing and now having pairing issues at all :(. Not too happy with that base of purchase money wasted update 7/24 - disconnected again / contacted garmin support again and won't pair, asked me to back up the data on the computer to be able to save the information, the point is to have a watch to sync with yours Apps?!It was so unreliable that I kept track of other apps because I never know when they'll break.I asked for a refund because ofโ€ฆ

Garmin customer service is best in class (on par with Revain)

I pre-ordered a Garmin Foreunner 45 watch in white. Before I get into the specifics of the watch itself (I've had the 35, 235 and some Vivo watches and smaller for years) I would first like to thank Garmin customer service and give them an A+ rating. If I had problems with the watch for years, the watch was always replaced if they couldn't fix it. For complex technical issues, Garmin always has a tech representative (like Eric) who can answer the tough question and help you along the way, e.gโ€ฆ

Great GPS running watch for the price!

I am very happy with this purchase. As a casual runner, I chose the Forerunner 45S because I need a GPS watch with buttons instead of a touchscreen and very limited smart notifications (I don't need a full smartwatch). Here are a few pros and cons that stand out. Pros: + Great for tracking runs (treadmill and outdoors), walks, and ellipticals + Buttons are easy to navigate (much better than the Forerunner 25S I upgraded from!) + Great HR zone data after each workout + Highly customizable andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers

Finally a smaller predecessor!

Update July 18: Started wearing 45 to bed. That really shows REM. He does not offer an impulse bull. 45s works great with my Scosche Rhythm+ heart rate monitor. As usual with wrist heart rate monitors, I have to lift 45 kilograms higher on my arm and put some strain on them during the workout when swinging my arms. It's easier for me to use Rhythm+ during class because I already have it. The 2.60 firmware update did not fix the notification issue I reported in my original review, but Garminโ€ฆ
