Excellent Hose! in my review

This Gates coolant hose is a must-have for any automotive enthusiast .As a result of using THIS product, I found that it was incredibly easy to install and provided effective cooling for my vehicle's engine. The durability of this hose is impressive, and I don't have to worry about it wearing out anytime soon. The only minor downside is that it's slightly pricier than some of its competitors, but I believe it`s worth the investment for its quality. Overall, I highly recommend this top-notch…

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Prone to cracking or breaking if exposed to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals

The coolant bypass valve is in the wrong direction.

The bypass valve located under the radiator cap was pointing the wrong way, towards the tee and driver's side when it should be pointing towards the passenger side. I had to take a longer pipe for the overflow cistern and tie it neatly so it doesn't interfere with the other parts, allowing it to bend. Not a hard fix, but a sign someone isn't paying attention to quality control.

Pros
  • Belts, hoses and pulleys
Cons
  • Minor issues
