The item came quickly and was exactly as stated.

The item came quickly and was exactly as the product description said it was too small to fit in the male part of the pipe coming from the engine.

Perfect fit for my 2008 Trailblazer SS. It's felt.

Matches my 2008 Trailblazer SS perfectly. Seems to have the same durability as my OEM heater plug that I replaced. This is a 5/8" ID piece so check which side it fits your heater lines.

Pros
  • Beautifully packaged
Cons
  • Available in white only

EASY General Fix coolant leak

Ford said the heater hose was discontinued and referred me to a well known auto parts store. This repair material was great for replacing a cracked quick coupler on the back of a 3.8 engine on a 2001 Windstar van. The downside was that this replacement part did not fit the factory bracket and had to be removed with a hair dryer to soften the old nylon. I also polished the metal tube with penetrating oil and Scotchbrite to remove rust and debris and prevent leakage or damage to the o-ring. I…

  • One year trial

  • I vaguely remember

For 1999 Windstar 3.8 liter engine

No ordering data for these connectors. 28502 is a fitting that fits a 3/4" pipe and connects to a 3/4" heater hose. The illustration should only show one connector and may show an image of the packaging with parts. I didn't buy it. in Revain, although I WANTED to. Even if I bought it locally I had to buy 2 other connectors before I got the right one. An auto part sold me one for a 5/8 pipe to a 5/8 hose. / 4 to hose 5/8. I was finally able to get this one and complete the repair. This connector

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

Heater hose connector for 2001 Ford Windstar. 3/4 " pipe to 3/4 " hose.

This is the fitting for connecting the heater core hose to the intake manifold on a 2001 Ford Windstar. I had a leak at the junction. I cut off the old hose as close to the old connector as possible. I couldn't pull the old connector off, so I carefully "broke" the ears holding it and was able to pull it off. You will need a hose clamp to connect the hose to the new connector. Then slide the new fitting onto the 3/4 inch metal pipe coming out of the intake manifold. Make sure you clean the 3/4"

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
