Genuine Honda 79335 TF0 G01 Resistor Assembly Review

The product they sent me was defective and did not work. He looked used. I went down the street and bought the part from a HONDA dealer and it worked really well. I am disappointed that they sent a defective product and now I have to take the time to return the product and install and uninstall it. .1 star. Very disappointed. At least I should get my money back.

Worked fantastic! Genuine product. Installed about a month ago and still works great. It is highly recommended to purchase this if you have the AC only works on high (4) issue. Also, I'm a big guy, so I had trouble getting in and under the passenger console. Ms. removed and pasted. She did it with ease. So replacing the part is pretty easy.

If you purchased this resistor pack, your fan may still run at the high setting (4) as this setting bypasses the resistor pack. However, you may also need a new fan as the resistor bank usually fails due to excessive heat causing the solder joint to fail. The heating is caused by the fan consuming too much power. The high speed fan problem has been completely fixed. I'm not a mechanic and just removed the old resistor and just installed the new one. The whole process took about 15 minutes. I watched a youtube video of someone else replacing a resistor before doing it myself and it was very easy. TO UPDATE. This part failed again after 10 months. A few quick things. I have a Honda Fit 09 that only had the fan running at 4 max a few days ago. Did some research and found that the fan and resistor assembly needed to be replaced.
