2016 Kia Optima Splash Guards Kit - OEM Genuine (For All Models) Review

Great for Optima SXL 2016. All you need for installation is a short Phillips screwdriver. I had to add two clips to the back to secure them, but there were already holes for the clips.

Perfect for 2017 Optima Hybrid. For the lower part of the frontal protection, you need to buy two additional fasteners. It would be nice if they came with clasps. but they're cheap at your local auto parts store, so no big deal.

These are genuine KIA fenders. Easy to install, only 20 minutes Fits perfectly. The wheels do not need to be removed. As mentioned in another review they should include a cheap fender retainer for an extra empty hole in the front fenders to make the installation even more secure. I found some spare clips in my garage and used them and they fit perfectly.

These are genuine Kia mudflaps, made in Korea. Perfect fit and finish. I bought the whole set. My kit did not contain any hardware. You can use the existing screws for mounting on the back. You can do the same for the front, but I recommend purchasing two more fasteners that mount directly to the chassis/frame. There is a hole on the underside of both front guards that matches the hole in the chassis/frame.
