Non-Stick - 3D Printing Consumables

Designed for the manufacture of machine parts and tools. I've tried various ways to get this stuff to stick to the roller, none of which have worked for more than a few coats. They all end up the same way, the applied layers curl like potato chips, and the extruder head grabs the edge and picks up the pressure. This stuff shows promise if I just find the right combination. I'm just glad I ordered the small sample spool instead of the big 1kg. one.

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Find out what you are doing before you buy this

I accidentally bought it in the black and white version. No matter what I tried, the nozzle clogged after several coats. Or I could print 1 or 2 layers after which it would move on the hot bed. I researched what I got after purchasing it and realized that you should know what filament is and how to set up the printer for it (and I obviously don't know). Until I get comfortable with my printer I'll stick with PLA and maybe ABS as they are relatively easy to print.

Cons
  • 3D Printing Filament. Questionable purchase for the elderly

The stiffest writing filament I've ever dealt with, but doable.

I bought this filament to create custom cable guides, bearings, etc. It took a few grams to come up with a successful printing method for my FLSUN QQ-S Pro delta printer with PEI platform and heated and ventilated body, but I settled on the following: Base: Freshly cleaned, with 4 layers of glue stick - 120ยฐC - Use wide-brimmed nozzle: 222ยฐC (Saw better flow than 220ยฐC, with a good cushion under 230ยฐC) Z-bias: sticks firmly to paper, resists pressure โ€“ wants to be pressed into a hot bed firstโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Additive Manufacturing Products
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
