Great Filament for 3D Printing

Based on my experience with this 1.75mm filament, I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable 3D printing material. The print quality is impressive, and I really appreciate the smoothness of the filament which allows for uniform printing. The material is also very tough, making it suitable for industrial and scientific applications.

Terrible intercoat adhesion; not quite black.

So far I have to agree with other reviewers - I've had moderate success gluing to the base with PVA glue on heated glass, but not much to say about adhesion between layers. This is strange as the general consensus about nylons is that, like PET(G), they generally have excellent interlayer adhesion. This material is not completely black either. In general, this may be true of nylon as it is usually colored, but this material in particular is a deep greenish-blue color that does not block light…

Something is wrong with the 3D printing filament

I had to believe all the negative reviews and you too. It would have saved me $10 because I just gave up and threw this coil away after 6 hours of trying to get it to work. The layer adhesion issue is so severe that there must be some contamination issue or they are using a nylon formulation that is not well suited for 3D printing. I am shocked that they are still selling this product - it can't do anything but damage GizmoDorks' excellent reputation. I'm a big fan of their polycarbonate and…
