Really good PLA! in 3D Printing Consumables

Best layer adhesion and build plate adhesion I've seen, no matter the price. This PLA is hairspray free, just print directly onto the glass. Good pigment saturation (not translucent like some cheap PLA).

Overall a good coil but needs some work.

The plastic is good, I have no complaints about the thread itself or the design of the spool it is on. My only complaint is that I've had to deal with TWO entanglements so far. It's easy enough to cut the filament out of the printer, untangle, and reinsert the filament. But if you're planning a large-scale print, or running this on a huge machine that needs a constant supply of plastic, this can be a big problem. .

Do not buy: 2 rolls, both had a lot of moisture

I've bought many 1kg spools from Gizmo Dorks over the years but I've had a few large ones (50+ hours ) prints, and I bought 2 rolls that big so I didn't have to deal with changing filament. After 20-30 hours the print quality deteriorated a lot (rough surface, spongy fill - signs of moisture in the PLA) and I had to throw the prints away (see photo). Tried second roll - same problem. printed the same details with Overture PLA and the results were perfect. I would try to return this item but it…
