We were hoping it would last longer

The ball looked tough, was easy to play and we thought it would be so much fun, but it only lasted a few hours and didn't hold air. We blew it back, but it quickly deflated. We bought this ball for our daughter's prom for the kids to play with but it was a failure. We only used it for a few hours and went back to our old ball. This would be ideal as it would be easier to see in the dark. Spring.

Very bright and works as advertised

We bought an LED volleyball for a youth event. We lit a volleyball net, put glow-in-the-dark bracelets on the kids, and let the action take over. The volleyball was very bright and worked great. There were some complaints about the ball not being 100% like a regular volleyball, but that didn't let us spoil the fun. We played for a long time and many kids hit, kicked and spanked volleyball. Place. It worked exactly as advertised.

and until now we have never had a good ball

We have been playing glow in the dark volleyball in the summer for several years and so far we have never had a good ball. Glowing LEDs like TealCo's were too complex; everyone refused to play with them because they really hurt. On the other hand, glow-in-the-dark ones like Franklin's, Mikasa's, or Wilson's didn't glow bright enough and were too difficult to see, and in any case the glow only lasted about 10 minutes. However, this glowing LED sphere from GlowCity is perfect! It's a lot softerโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Not the best

It doesn't work at all. Save money and time.

I tested it by throwing it up and it burned for a while. After trying to play volleyball, he switched off. We wanted to play with glow sticks in the dark but ended up having to turn on the lights because the volleyball wasn't working. It's a rubber ball and the red stripes let light through. It looks cool when you're not playing with it. Changed batteries, didn't help. Electronic assemblies are garbage and cheap material. It worked like a volleyball, but the price is too high for its qualityโ€ฆ

Great concept for team sports

The ball light is super cool and fun to play with. Easy to see (if it keeps burning). Using this ball requires training, it is MUCH more difficult than a standard volleyball. It hurts a bit when you hit the ball. It bounces farther than a regular volleyball. Worth being able to play after dark. My friends and I love volleyball and we're not pros, so we're fine with that. I love the concept of this ball! However, it does not light up continuously. And we played for about an hour before itโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Requires socket

Adding info to my review: Ball quality and feel was about what I expected, I knew they didn't have it has the feel and weight of a quality volleyball, it is thinner, lighter and slightly more resilient than a Wilson or Baden branded ball. But after just one use, when I used the ball for the second time, the light would go out every time the ball was hit, then come on again, then go out forever. The ball was not used for intense or hard shots. Very annoying that this was only enough for 30โ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Perfect for non-competitive night volleyball

I used this LED ball at the men's camp over the weekend and the quality of the game wasn't that high, so the expectations of the ball weren't as high as you take it it usually for competitive games that I would play in. Other than that, this ball did what I wanted it to do and we had a great time. Is it the best volleyball, no, but it did its job. Especially in an atmosphere where he could get dirty and obnoxious. *Note: We used garlands in the web. Pro (+) + works great and conforms to theโ€ฆ
