I love how easy it is to use and how fast the software updates. I also love how you can customize the software to your liking. It's not very intuitive when it comes to using the software. I feel like I'm always having to ask someone to help me. I wish there was an option to have the software automatically update. It would be nice to have a better way to keep track of my projects. Being able to give estimates at time of booking that are accurate with very little room for error. I dislike having to enter every aspect of my project into the software multiple times. When entering a new area for the first time it is easy to make an incorrect entry or forget to add something in certain areas. It is also difficult to find specific items within the software as they don't always have search functionality. Have an understanding of your scope before purchasing this software so you

The best part of this software is that it has an excellent customer support team which helps in solving any queries you may have with regards to its use or operation within minutes. I didn't like anything about go figure as far as my experience goes but i believe they are working towards making their product better by listening to user feedbacks from time-to-time so maybe we'll see some changes soon!
