Very nice hand grips

works well; quality is pretty good. The counter is not all that reliable; it will fail to register more than ocassionally. The tension adjustment works well over a substantial range. I keep it in my car and squeeze while driving. Don't use the finger squeegees very often.

Pros
  • Portable and easy to use on-the-go
Cons
  • The kit may not fit well in smaller hands

Not 60kg of resistence

Its okay. Definitely not 132lbs . I cranked it to 60kg out of the box and I can click that all day. It will work for what I need it for to strengthen my wrist after injury but it needs stronger resistance to be useful for actually strengthening your grip

Pros
  • ‎6.89 x 4.45 x 2.24 inches
Cons
  • May not be adjustable enough for optimal resistance

Great product minus the spring breaking

Great for improving grip strength with the different options. The spring on the one broke so not too happy about that. Other than that great product.

Pros
  • Improves finger flexibility and dexterity
Cons
  • The grip ball may be too firm or too soft for some users

Nice little kit for my opinion

This seems to be a good little kit. Has a good collection of various tools to help excersise the hands for various applications.

Pros
  • Promotes better blood flow and circulation in the hands
Cons
  • May not be an effective replacement for more advanced training equipment

Good for the price but has some limitations

The grip strengthener works well for the money, it provides a wide range of resistance and the handles are comfortable.I took one star off for a couple of reasons.I would have liked the main grip strengthener to have more range in the squeeze. I can close my hand about 1/4 of the way before feeling resistance. This might be a pro for someone with smaller hands. The other con for me is the counter. Some like it but I find the clicking very annoying, it makes using it while on the phone difficult.

Pros
  • ‎0.4 Kilograms
Cons
  • The finger exerciser may strain other muscles in the hand

Helps me lift heavy

I have been working out for the past year, and I have wanted to improve my grip strength so that I could lift more. After using these devices for the past month, i have noticed a difference in my forearms.

Pros
  • Perfect what what I need
Cons
  • The kit may be too bulky to carry around easily

Good value good for me

All items worked well and was a good value. The instructions where a little vague with some of the excercises. Unfortunately the elastic band snapped after one week of use and was not very durable. Everything else is still in good working order though.

Pros
  • Works as designed
Cons
  • The grip strengthener may cause discomfort for some users

Breaks easily for my opinion

The rivet in the adjustable gripper is broken after about a month of use.all the other items don't offer much resistance.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • The counter may malfunction after prolonged use

Counter stopped working after a week of use

The kit seems pretty well put together. Mostly great quality for the price. Except the one reason why I bought this kit instead of the many other options was for the counter. Which stopped working after about 5-6 regular uses. Pretty much negating that selling point.

Pros
  • ‎7 x 5.6 x 2.2 inches
Cons
  • The finger exerciser may be difficult to use for people with smaller fingers

Almost Perfect, Pull Ups Went From 3-7 !

The only reason I give this 4 stars is because the finger extension trainer broke! I don’t know why, my fingers couldn’t have created enough pressure to snap it because it’s made of high quality thick material! It sucks because I use it every day to train my forearms so that I can have a stronger grip for pull-ups/ pulling exercises. Even though I’d hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, I would still recommend this company and their grip trainer. All the other items in the bag are high…

Pros
  • It has worked fine besides the counter on the gripper which broke after one week of use
Cons
  • The grip strengthener may provide limited results

Overall good kit for the value

Great kit for the value - there are several different brands selling basically the same kit, so price is a big deciding factor. The counter the hand exerciser has in the handle is a nice touch most other kits don't contain. The counter works very well, and the adjustment knob to increase/decrease resistance works great. As this hand exerciser has a max resistance on the higher end compared to other kits, I was a bit surprised with the egg grip tool and the finger exerciser - they are much…

Pros
  • ‎GRM
Cons
  • The grip ball may be slippery for some users

Works but can be better

The product essentially works. The only thing is when you hold it on your left hand you aren’t able to look at the counter thus leaving you to work your left side first so you can see how many you did with your left hand and then look at the counter with your right. The reset mechanism for the counter is faulty and can break super easily if not turned correctly. I would suggest to the seller to buy a different design from alibaba or tell the manufacturer to make it metal instead of plastic so…

Pros
  • You get exactly what you pay for. Every piece works great.
Cons
  • May be too easy or too difficult for some users

Great strength, great value

The value you and quality of this kit is great. I easily break most hand grips in a month, this guy is hard core and lasting. Plus you get the other grip items which are an added bonus. The strength levels you can go up to on the gripper are way more than store bought, and half the price.

Pros
  • Helps to reduce hand and wrist pain
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with carpal tunnel syndrome

Worth price good for me

Used this product for my hands, when ever I’m bored n not doin anythin. Really nice, good amount of resistance, feels very durable

Pros
  • Can be used as a warm-up before weight lifting or other exercises
Cons
  • The counter may be difficult to read in low light conditions

Good tools for hand strengthening

I bought these for my mother in law after she had a stroke and they are definitely aiding along with physical therapy in the recovery of motion in her hand. Shes been using them for about a week and the different exercises really help aid in making her hand stronger again. Some solid equipment build-wise.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting design
Cons
  • The grip ring may be too tight or too loose for some users

Nice set for the price

Looks like a nice set. I'm trying to recover from a hand injury so the stretcher exerciser and the egg have been great. Also the adjustment on the grip strength trainer is a nice feature for PT. We'll see how long they will last.

Pros
  • Injury Rehabilitation
Cons
  • The grip strengthener may cause cramps or soreness in the hand
