🔪 Efficient and Vibrant: Good Cook 4-Piece Quick Paring Knife Set, multi-color, Small Review

I love these knives. I bought my first one about 30 years ago (oops, I'm old) and have been using it ever since. I call them sock knives because one or two of them keep disappearing. They stay sharp unlike 99% of my other knives and come in handy for cutting just about anything. I think because they are small they are easy to handle. And they don't slip off the plate like a steak knife. I'll keep buying them when they're gone, maybe one day they'll all come home and I'll have a box full.

These little knives are sooooo handy. When I finish work in the kitchen in the evening, there are usually three or four people waiting in the dishwasher to be cleaned. The only problem I found is that these little rascals have legs. Aha! They leave, and then they may or may not appear anywhere in our area. They don't even want to know where I found them. After years of use and wear and tear, my first Good Cook set was reduced to 1. So this paring knife is a big deal. You're a dime a dozen, aren't you? NOT CORRECT! UPDATE: My first review is below, everything looked fine. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 broke within 6 months. Two blades just fell out of their hilts, the third broke the hilt (as seen in the photo) and threw the bullshit at my glasses. Thank you for existing! I vote that this is not a good product! Bought these to replace a similar pair of knives bought over 40 years ago which have faded over the years leaving only one. In the frontal test with an old, blunt remainder of a knife, they left a lot to be desired.
