It's good to have an outlet that can come from.

I've owned them for a while and I have to say they are top notch. I work as a heavy equipment assembler and these outlets have become the workhorse in my outlet box. It's good to have an outlet that can go from ratchet to hammer and back again.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Love them, great piece of kit.

I finally learned how to use it and feel comfortable speaking it. I use them as hand tools and for my Milwaukee M12 3/8 Stubby. So far they have worked very well. They are compact and easy to use. Because of their thin wall and compact nature, you can be assured they won't be able to loosen stuck or stiff screws or heavier heads. The only thing that confuses me is that for the price of this kit it should come with the Universal.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Will get the job done

I love this set but the size of my socket guides doesn't face out when I want them to line up with the ball. It's a good set, it's nice to get 6 and 12 point plus standard and deep rosettes in one set but my rosette guides look like I should have more rosettes than I have. The upside is that if you want an outlet that covers chrome and shocks all in one, this is your outlet for a light weekend mechanic or hobbyist

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Commercial use Verified over 2 years

-Foreword- I am very careful with my tools. You are my income. These sockets are not abused and are kept clean in their cases. I have been using these sockets daily for over 2 years and have concluded that they are not designed for everyday professional use. I had a couple of broken sockets of a common size. And the worst thing is that because they were bought on Amazon, they are not covered. Anyway, just wanted to share with regular users. However, if you plan to use them around the house or…

The best money can buy.

Finally a set of sockets that I can use as needed. I've tried every set from the box store and have been very disappointed in every one I've purchased. They caught my attention because they are black and hexagonal. Very hard to find. Even better, they work with pneumatic tools! Btw they are thin enough that I was able to use them in some thin walled applications. 2 examples: Changing spark plugs on my motorcycle and using it to mount eyelets on aftermarket wheels. I didn't have to go out to…

not so good. - Hand and power tools

So. I bought this set in 2013 and made a warranty claim within the first year because the ratchet broke internally. Currently. 2019. I was going to use my set but the 3" extension broke. And the ratchet wrench broke inside. Again! In total I've used this set maybe 10-15 times. Not for everyday use! unacceptable!. Hope I get got a spare key again and an extension with warranty I say stay away and contact the repairman! Update: I can't contact the company/seller about the warranty I need a…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick

Great product and case!

Very satisfied. I like the fact that they drilled a full hole in them to accommodate the ratcheting ball bearing which makes for a very secure socket lock. The ratchet has a knob to lock and unlock the ball bearing. The rosette walls are the same thickness as my non-pneumatic Craftsman rosettes from 50 years ago. The lever on the ratchet works smoothly and the gears sound, feel and work correctly. The case doesn't "miss" any outlets, which is great. The two case locks work great and look like…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Socket required

The last socket set you will ever need to buy!

The house mechanic is here. All I had prior to this purchase were regular outlets and a Craftsman style ratchet. After reading some reviews I wanted to improve my game and get decent tools. The person was surprised at the quality of what I received. The ratchet lies perfectly in the hand, all parts are recessed so as not to accidentally change direction. The sockets can also be used with my air ratchet which is a huge plus! The case for it is also a nice addition and now sits nicely in my tool…

Wonderful. Endured years of abuse at great cost.

Awesome. I've been using these for about 8 months now. They're absolutely what you need if you want quality 6 point travel impact sockets, so all you need is 1/4 and 1/2 die for some sizes. They also have thin walls, which helps. Very difficult. Worth the money Update: I've had them for two years now, I use them every day! I use them with a half Milwaukee pistol and big ol' brake rods, they don't stretch, they don't break, the black paint on them hardly ever rubs off the inside. I can't say…
