Stable in Water: Measures 4" D x 1" H and weighs 7 ounces. 3 strong suction cups easily fix it in the smooth aquarium, allowing it to lie steadily in the tank. Easy to Use: Soak the stone completely in water for 1 hour before use. Clean it regularly with a brush as they get clogged after weeks or months of usage.

Arrived like lightning.

They came very quickly! They are as advertised and work well. I use them for hydroponic growing and they do a great job. Feel free, that's what you want.

Pros
  • Easy to use: soak the stone completely in water for 1 hour before use. Brush them regularly as they will clog up after weeks or months of use.

Most bubbles come out from the top.

Installs in a small Betta aquarium with a cheap bubbler. As soon as I put it in I noticed that all or most of the bubbles only come out at the top or in the corner of the stone when you stand it upright. Maybe my fault, maybe not, just an observation.

Works well as air stones

They work well as air stones for my licensed medical hydroponic system, but they don't stay sucked to the bottom like my others. Soak for 2 hours, then turn on for 15 minutes, then soak again for at least 15 minutes and then use on these and most Airstones for best results.

Very bad quality. - Fish and Aquatic Animals

I ordered 2 packs. Both Airstones released most of the air at the edges. Both stones had spots of missing material, so the air escaped as well. One of the stones was smooth and the other was very rough and looks like it will break even more. This is not a very good product and is not required for any use.

very quiet combo for its performance in combination with my Tetra Whisper air pump I have fancy goldfish so I usually leave the aquarium lid open to help with oxygenation but I needed more air so I turned to Amazon for a solution. It's relatively cheap compared to what you'll find in many stores and it comes with 2 discs which is handy. I wasn't expecting much but this product blew me away. Haven't tried any other airstones so can't give a good comparison but I've been using them for a few…
