Works great in casino gear

This nifty little, very affordable machine is great. We removed the plastic tray that catches the cards because it just got in the way. When the cards get "hooked," just slowly flip the handle and they tend to lock in the middle of the shuffle. It's a lot quieter and a lot lighter than the battery-powered device we've had before, and we think it works very well. Turn the crank slowly and you'll have very few problems - sure, sometimes cards spin sideways in the collection shaft, but life isn't…

Pros
  • Quieter than a blender
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

It's best to throw cards in the air to shuffle better

This shuffle makes me laugh, you can. Only turn the knob about 3-5 turns before it falls off and if you are lucky it will shuffle the cards exactly as you put them in so there isn't even a proper shuffle. You shouldn't even try to put the pin in the hole for it to even run. Card wheels or fingers are flat dot wheels and they don't pick up cards evenly or close to the alternate pattern so 3 are drawn straight from the left and then 1 from the right. Is it just ridiculous to see it even being…

Works great, inexpensive. Try it!

When arthritis started biting my fingers, I was upset. Shuffling the cards shouldn't do much harm. When I broke down and bought this one, I was disappointed at first. Not in the product, but in the need for the product. My husband and I play an average of 15-20 hands a day and neither of us could shuffle more. It may seem pretty cheap, but don't confuse cheap with cheap. It has lasted for several months of daily use. And as a bonus, our cards last longer and don't break easily. Small rubber…

Works great.: Card Shuffler

This works well with various board games that involve shuffling decks of cards. I like it best when there are too many to mix by hand, but also when there are too few. I feel the mechanism prevents damage and card bending that can happen with constant manual shuffling. Anyway, I've never been very good at mixing. I originally ordered it for games like Dominion or Orcs, Orcs, Orcs, which often get mixed up in deck building. This takes longer than manual shuffling since you have to load and…

Decent shuffler and card usage extension

2 things would probably make it 5 stars but it's not game breaking. Most cons are "soft" which is why I'm still giving this one 4 stars - thought it should have come with an extra handle. I did not. As others have pointed out, one side actually feeds more cards than the other. Easy workaround: just load one side a little more than the other. PROS: + It helps a lot to keep your cards in good condition and you can shuffle them well. + Cards in SLEEVES are still fine (no slack, perfect shuffling)…

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Accessibility to exchange
