Hanperal Polishing Wheels Dremel Rotary Review

I've used these to clean rusty chrome and bare steel before polishing or painting. I probably expect them to work wonders and last forever, but they do wear out. I have a two stage dremel. I find that they last longer at lower speeds. If I run at high speed, they disappear pretty quickly. Wear safety goggles as the bristles will break off with use, even at lower speeds. You can't beat the price, but there are a few caveats. Anyway the wires tend to fly off fairly easily and if any part of your body blocks the plane of rotation they will hit you so you have to use very low RPMs. If you have a pair of tongs that are thick enough, you can soften them up a bit by crimping the metal washer all the way around. I'm really between what I don't like and what I don't like. This is a great price, especially when compared to wire brushes from popular rotary tool brands. I love that they were cheaply packaged in bulk because honestly when I buy wire brushes I don't care about fancy packaging. I like that they are both stainless steel and brass.
