I like how easy it was to set up my account with helpdesk eddy, they were very helpful in answering all our questions about their software! The price point isn't too high either which makes this great option if you're looking into an integrated CRM tool but donβt want tons added features or have lots of bells & whistles (which we do). We are able track calls from customers as well so when someone contacts us via phone number vs email address - there's no way around being notified by e-mailβ¦
