Edfy is awesome and extremely user friendly

I like how easy it was to set up my account with helpdesk eddy, they were very helpful in answering all our questions about their software! The price point isn't too high either which makes this great option if you're looking into an integrated CRM tool but don’t want tons added features or have lots of bells & whistles (which we do). We are able track calls from customers as well so when someone contacts us via phone number vs email address - there's no way around being notified by e-mail…

Great platform for multi-location business

I like how easy it was to set up, my reps were able help me with any questions or concerns regarding their product - they are very friendly! The dashboard makes keeping track super simple when you have multiple agents working out side by day in different departments throughout our office building which allows us all one phone number/email address as well making scheduling easier than ever before!! It helps organize incoming calls so we can know what department each call came from (we use this…
